A well-designed interview process results in a faster, more efficient process, happier hiring managers, improved candidate experience, and more conversions. All too often, recruiters leave process design to hiring teams instead of leading and guiding hiring managers to success. She discussed various interview process design models, and specific methods of assessing tech talent, including pair programming, code reviews, white board exercises and interviewing for behavioral attributes.
