In John Vlastelica’s 2025 LinkedIn Talent Connect TA leadership workshops, John shared best practices for helping leaders improve quality of hire. As recruiter roles evolve and AI introduces new potential risks, the demand for quality over quantity is rising. In this interactive session, we workshopped leadership-level strategies to define “what good looks like,” reduce fraud risk, enable hiring managers, and elevate recruiter impact at the assessment and decision stage.

This session really resonated with the 250 senior TA leaders who attended - these workshops, at my 11th year presenting, received a top 5 rating at the conference, earning an 83 NPS rating, a 90% confidence rating, and a 102% attendance (every seat was filled!).
